About Rusty

Rusty Redden, AMFT — California therapist for ADHD, anxiety, and neurodivergent professionals

When the pandemic struck in 2020, I witnessed friends, neighbors, and family grappling with so much. It sparked a revelation for me to move on from my marketing career — my calling was in therapy. Collaborating with individuals seeking to improve their lives felt like the culmination of my passions and life experiences.

Now, in my practice, I aim to create space for folks to begin to heal, process, and work towards leading fulfilling, thriving lives. I help my clients in navigating anxiety, ADHD, major life transitions, burnout, and relationship issues.

Specializing in supporting neurodiverse individuals and LGBTQ+ couples, my therapeutic style is rooted in culturally affirming approaches. My practice focuses on fostering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their identities and relationships.

Tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual or couple, I collaborate with my clients to get to the root of issues, identify barriers, explore larger themes of identity and purpose. My approach is integrative and designed around your goals. Together, we collaborate in pathing towards the life you want to lead.

I am currently accepting new clients and offer a free 20-minute telehealth consultation. During this time, I am happy to answer any questions and wherein you can determine if we are good fit.
