About Rusty
In 2020, I watched friends, neighbors, and family carrying more than they could hold alone. It clarified something I had been circling for years: my work belonged in therapy, not marketing. I know the kind of pressure my clients are under because I spent a career inside it.
Most of the people I see are professionals and creatives. They are capable and often successful, and they are tired in a way rest doesn't fix. I work with anxiety, burnout, ADHD, relationship strain, and major life transitions.
A large part of my practice is with neurodivergent adults and LGBTQ+ clients, including people who went undiagnosed or unexamined until well into adulthood. My approach is grounded in culturally affirming care. The aim is a space without judgment, where you can look honestly at your identity, your relationships, and what you want next.
I tailor the work to each person or couple. Together we get to the root of what's in the way, name the barriers, and look at the larger questions of identity and purpose. My approach is integrative and built around your goals.
I'm accepting new clients and offer a free 20-minute telehealth consultation — a chance to ask questions and see whether we're a good fit.
